Stay longer · Pay less per day.
Vehicle-and-driver and driver-only rates automatically decrease for longer bookings. Choose a half day, full day, several days, a week or an extended hire and the appropriate rate is applied automatically. Multi-day hires are charged by calendar day rather than 24-hour periods, so pickup and return times do not have to match.

Fuel is included for Entebbe Airport ↔ Kampala transfers and Kampala or Entebbe city hires. For other vehicle-and-driver trips, fuel during your journey is not included. Your vehicle begins with a recorded fuel level and should be returned at the same level.
One-way travel · No surprise return costs.
When one of our vehicles finishes a one-way journey away from its base, it still has to return or reposition. Instead of leaving that cost unknown, UgandaCar calculates a fixed return and repositioning surcharge based on your destination region and vehicle. For longer western and southwestern journeys, the surcharge also accounts for the additional vehicle and driver return time.
Stay overnight · Know the cost upfront.
When a driver stays away overnight during a multi-day journey, a $25 driver overnight per diem applies. Your booking automatically calculates applicable overnights and displays the charge as part of your price. That means the cost is visible before you reach checkout rather than appearing later during your trip.
Your vehicle · Our driver.
If you have your own vehicle, book a professional driver without paying for one of ours. Driver-only pricing is based on the length of hire, with lower daily rates for longer bookings. You provide the vehicle and fuel. Because there is no UgandaCar vehicle to return, vehicle repositioning charges do not apply.
